Brandyn Boyd


Ballet, Jazz, Children’s Program Instructor

Brandyn trained at Northern Virginia Dance Academy with Robin Conrad Sturm. She attended Washington School of Ballet and American Ballet Theatre summer programs. She performed many roles with Asaph Ensemble at Constitution Hall and the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. In 2004, she graduated from Grove City College with a B.S. in Elementary Education and extensive choreography and performance experience with Orchesis Dance. While living on the Olympic Peninsula, she taught ballet at Aspire Academy for six years and served as the Artistic Director 2013-2014. Brandyn established a youth company, The Splinter Project, in conjunction with Splinter Dance Company, Seattle. She joined InMotion in 2014 and currently teaches Creative Movement, Ballet and Jazz. Brandyn is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level Three of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. She is supported by a wonderful husband and has three children.
