Pilates Instructor- Jill Gravunder

 Jill has always been an active and engaged person. At a very early age she realized that physical activity was the avenue to release her high energy. Jill enjoys many different forms of recreation and received her B.S. degree in Recreation from Indiana University. She discovered Pilates in 2007 and became instantly hooked. Jill currently holds several certifications in the fitness arena: AFAA group exercise and personal training (2003), AEA water exercise instructor (2004), Cycling (2006) and Pi-Yo (2008). Her biggest accomplishment yet is her BASI Pilates Mat Instructor certification (2009).

Jill brings her versatile fitness training and experience to InMotion Pilates. Pilates is not just for the dancer or athlete, it can benefit anyone. No matter what your fitness interests and goals maybe, you can enhance your emotional and physical well-being by adapting Pilates into your lifestyle.
