Ballet. Classes will cover principles of dance. An eclectic approach to ballet, teaching the best of English, Italian, French, Russian, and Danish techniques; distinguishing our school from many others, while better preparing the student. Pointe is offered to advanced students over the age of 12 at the teachers discretion.

Jazz.  We begin with a warmup of stretches, isolations, and development of full range of movement in the torso. Centre floor, jazz runs, pirouettes, and combinations are coupled with contemporary music.

Lyrical/Contemporary. Fusion of ballet and jazz techniques paired with expressive songs and movement.

Modern. Modern combines technique with creative movement in a structured environment.

Tap. Timing and rhythm are the starting points in tap. The Al Gilbert method is taught at the beginning levels only. Intermediate is free form.

Hip Hop. Hip Hop can be for both the technical and recreational dancer. Whatever your skill level it is an energizing and enthusiastic class open to all ages.

Strength Training. Focused on strengthening and toning core muscles. Geared towards a dancer's body but open to everyone, expecially Moms!

Progressions Turns and Leaps. Great supplement for the dancer who wants more. Strengthen your technique while improving your turns and leaps.
